Job Title:

Document Control Coordinator

Join an agile team as a Document Control Coordinator supporting an early-phase project launch within a high-visibility biologics manufacturing environment. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of complex technical documentation, ensuring alignment with internal standards and supporting the introduction of new products and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Author and maintain complex technical documentation, including equipment and process validation strategies.
  • Drive design changes end-to-end, ensuring quality, delivery, and strong cross‑functional alignment.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document cross‑functional design change meetings, process validation, and project milestone reporting to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Quality, Development, and Manufacturing teams to support new product/process introduction to the floor.
  • Support equipment validations as needed, such as bioreactors, incubators, biosafety cabinets, cell counters, and general lab equipment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of document structures, templates, and best practices.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science
  • 1‑3 years of industry experience in documentation/process support within a regulated environment
  • 1+ years of experience with GMP/GDP lab settings
  • Industry exposure to validation, design change, and change management documentation
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Nice to have: cell culture experience
  • Nice to have: biological manufacturing experience, especially in cell culture environments
Work Environment

Work a 1st shift, Monday‑Friday with start times between 8‑9am. This role is part of a small group within a larger organization, in the early phase of a project launch. Candidates should be resilient and self‑motivated, prepared to step in when needed and actively engage in conversation. Training will be provided, but candidates should know when to proceed independently and when to elevate issues.

The project is high visibility, with close attention paid to the team's progress.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $31.63/hr.
