Position

Purpose:

Lead operations of the Chaska Girls Tennis program.

• Minnesota Head Coaching Certification/Licensure
• Tennis knowledge/experience
• Good communication skills; respect/recognition of youth needs, interest and accomplishment
• Development of a comprehensive tennis program including by working in coordination with the AD in the following areas:
  • Parental Organization/Organization of Parent Pre-Season meeting
  • Working with Youth Organizations
  • Equipment/Uniforms
  • Budget
  • Transportation
  • Fundraising
  • End of Season Banquet
  • Daily Practice Schedule
  • Game Scheduling
  • Monitor Student-athletes Academic Progress
  • Public Relations
  • Staffing of Lower Level and Assistant Coaches
  • Attendance at Conference and Section Coaches Meetings
  • Preparation and Promotion of Athletes for a Post High School Experience
