• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for 9+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain or closely related field;
  Master’s degree preferred with 7+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI or other analytical tools.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional strategic planning sessions.

• Ability to travel up to 20%.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000
. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
