Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Join our team and start your career in manufacturing! We are seeking entry-level Machine Operators who are ready to hit the ground running on 1st shift.

• Set up and operate cutting, forming, grinding, and polishing machines
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to ensure product quality
• Work closely with engineering to assist in new product development and troubleshooting
• Read and interpret blueprints and routing sheets to complete tasks accurately
• Follow safety regulations and use required protective equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• ✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
• ✔ Mechanical Aptitude
• ✔ Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment (1+ year) is a plus, but not required. We will train motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
• ✔ Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• ✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• ✔ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• ✔ Proficiency in English, including speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing, at a level necessary to effectively perform job duties.
• ✔ Reliable transportation & ability to work assigned shift
• ✔ Must pass a background check & 9-panel drug test

• Manufacturing setting – requires standing, lifting, and working with machinery
• Mandatory use of safety equipment

  Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
• Starting Rate:
  Typically begins at $20.00/hour, within the pay range listed below
• Pay Range: $20.00 – $21.36/hour, based on experience
• Benefits:
