At Bar 1911, we focus on what makes each coffee variety we carry special, offering pulled espresso shots to slow bar methods, and everything in between, whichever you prefer. Our bar will also offer a tap selection of rotating craft beers, brewed locally. So, whichever you feel like sipping on, we have you covered. Cheers!

As a Line Cook, You Will

  • Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Clean kitchen and work area
  • Follow all operations policies and procedures
  • Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

  • Love for building strong relations with team members
  • Flexibility - This position offers the opportunity to work occasional shifts in our PEIBC Taproom & Events location.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • A desire for personal and professional development
What You Bring
  • Previous cooking experience
  • A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
  • Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently is required.
