• Architect and maintain scalable data tables and models in Snowflake for cross-team analyses
• Develop robust dashboards and visualizations to empower business users with actionable insights
• Provide strategic insights through statistical analysis of complex data sets and present findings to senior management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in analytics infrastructure
• Mentor other analysts, guiding best practices and enhancing team quality and efficiency

• 8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst with a bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in the technology industry, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business
• Advanced SQL expertise, with a preference for Snowflake
• Strong experience with clickstream data and web analytics
• Executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP+ audiences

• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)
• Proven experience building scalable dashboards using Thought Spot or similar BI tools
• Strong business acumen and systems-thinking ability
