* Job Summary:

** We are looking for a strong Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with hands-on experience in Snowflake migration projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements, data analysis, and end-to-end delivery for data platform modernization.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* · Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
· Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into detailed data and migration specifications.
· Support end-to-end data warehouse migration to Snowflake, including source-to-target mapping and data validation.
· Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
· Perform data analysis, data profiling, and impact analysis on legacy systems.
· Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.
· Define and support UAT, SIT, and data reconciliation activities.
· Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices during migration.
· Act as the primary liaison between business, product, and technical teams.

Skills & Experience:

* · Strong experience as a Technical BSA / Data BSA on data warehouse or cloud migration projects.
· Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
· Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling.
· Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
· Experience with source-to-target mapping, data lineage, and data reconciliation.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Ability to understand and work with complex data flows and large datasets.
· Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
