Overview

We’re seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our part-time event team, primarily on weekends, in Charlottetown. As a vital part of our crew, you’ll assist in setting up and breaking down various events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Set up chairs, tables, decor, and signage according to event specifications
• Greet and direct guests to seating and facilities
• Distribute food and beverages during events
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the event
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after the event concludes

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
• Reliable transportation to event locations
