As a Master Trainer, you’ll lead and mentor other trainers, drive results, and shape the future of fitness in your community, bringing training directly to clients in homes, offices, and community spaces.

$20 – $50 per hour + performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

Flexible – full‑time preferred.

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small‑group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values (DRIVE – Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence) in every interaction

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 2+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
