Outside Service Rep

Description

The position will assist with the daily golf operations; including but not limited to member relations and providing other services to ensure an exceptional golf experience. Outside staff is highly important because often it’s the first and last people the members and guests interact with.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Basic golf knowledge preferred.
• Previous experience working at a golf course.

• Efficiently manage the commencement of golfer rounds by providing information relevant to the current course conditions, cart rules, playing advice for the course, etc.
• Professionally assemble cart fleet in staging area each day before business begins, checking each cart is correctly stocked and clean.
• Coordinate with Pro Shop for specific duties for day’s business levels, practice range requirements, group’s special needs for events, etc.
• Prepare assigned workstation for day’s duties—Bag drop, Starter, Cart attendant or Range attendant—perform duties listed below for shift commencement/daily preparations.
• Keeping a positive attitude and going above and beyond, while setting the example of the highest quality of service.
