Electrical Foreman

The Commercial Electrical Foreman leads day-to-day field operations on commercial and industrial projects. You will manage crews, coordinate work, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to deliver projects on time and on budget.

• Lead and manage crews of 5–15 electricians and helpers
• Plan daily work, manpower needs, and material usage
• Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance (NEC, NFPA-70E)
• Track time, production, and material orders using company systems
• Read and build from drawings, specs, and BIM models
• Communicate field changes, issues, and progress to the Project Manager
• Mentor and develop team members
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite

• 5–8 years of commercial electrical experience
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Committed to safety, quality, and teamwork
