Johnson Controls - - - Responsibilities:
Apprentices will be trained and will perform on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites;
Apprentices will participate in certified training through Service Technical Academy that will build skill sets to provide continued opportunities for recognition, monetary rewards and advancement;
Through coaching and mentorship, apprentices will develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve both technical issues as well as customer needs;
You will keep JCI, contractors, and the customer advised of job progress and issues as needed;
Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities and provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions
