Position SummaryJones Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions
- Document work performed, including parts used and services completed
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
