• Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision, efficiency, and pride
• Lead and work alongside experienced teammates to plan and execute installations that meet company standards and local codes
• Measure, cut, and fit ductwork, piping, and electrical components for clean, professional installs
• Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork, electrical, and controls while following all safety requirements
• Start up and test all systems, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed
• Provide outstanding customer service by explaining system operation and offering maintenance best practices
• Maintain safe, organized job sites by following all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time, including work orders and equipment documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade school or vocational training preferred
• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with the ability to lead or mentor others
• Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety requirements, and industry best practices
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Proficiency with hand and power tools required for HVAC installation and repair
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
