We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Residential Electrical Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems including wiring, panels, outlets, and lighting
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding service issues and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and electrical codes
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or electrical certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical service experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of local and national electrical codes and regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
