Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on tackling challenges? We're looking for a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join Piedmont Facilities Management!
What You'll Do:
* Keep our buildings in peak condition with top-notch preventive maintenance.
* Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
* Inspect and maintain building exteriors to ensure everything looks and functions perfectly.
* Document your work meticulously and keep accurate records.
* Conduct routine inspections and nip potential problems in the bud.
* Collaborate with a fantastic team and subcontractors on projects.
What You Bring:
* Willingness to learn and try hard
* Trade skills like a commercial handyman.
* Experience with hand and power tools.
* Solid knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
* Ability to read manuals and find technical info online.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* A commitment to safety that's second to none.
* Clear and effective communication skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent (certifications are a plus).
