We are currently seeking a motivated Plumbing Helper to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the plumbing trade. The Plumbing Helper will support journeyman and master plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems on commercial job sites, while gaining valuable hands-on experience and training.

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and water, drainage, and gas systems

• Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks

• Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes or fittings under supervision

• Help identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

• Experience with hand tools or construction preferred - not required

• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior plumbers

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (Charlottesville area required)
