Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly assemble and install diverse HVAC systems.

• Seamlessly connect installed systems to electrical panels.

• Install crucial additional components, like refrigeration line sets and air quality accessories.

• Thoroughly test and calibrate new systems to achieve optimal performance.

• Champion safety by rigorously adhering to all protocols and regulations, especially when handling refrigerants and electrical systems.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.

• Empower the next generation:
  Mentor and train apprentice technicians, sharing valuable knowledge and expertise.

• Actively assist with inventory management, ensuring sufficient parts and supplies are always ready.

• Stay sharp! Participate in ongoing training to remain at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.

• Maintain precise records of all installations via service software.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems.

• A solid, working understanding of how refrigeration systems and their parts function.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect effectively with colleagues and customers.

• The ability to excel independently and as a collaborative team player.

• A keen eye for troubleshooting, skilled at finding and fixing problems quickly and efficiently.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
