Job TitleElectrical Foreman - Commercial Construction
Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Commercial Construction team as an Electrical Foreman for projects in the Charlottesville and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the install of your assigned electrical project, along with training and teaching apprentices and helpers.

Responsibilities- Supervise personnel completing electrical building projects
- Assign tasks, inspect electricians' work, monitor team performance, read blueprints, ensure quality standards are respected, and handle customer relations
- Employ thorough knowledge in the electrical trade
- Cut, bend, thread, and install EMT conduit of all sizes
- Bend offsets, 3-points, 4-points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, submittals, etc.
- Assist in hooking up/terminating electrical panels, setting fixtures, and various electrical devices
- See installations from start to finish
- Read and interpret construction/coordination drawings and blueprints
- Instruct and teach team members on the above tasks
- Work as a trainer and mentor for helpers and apprentices
- Hold a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Journeyman or Master card preferred
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Computer and technology understanding
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and following established protocols
- $30 - $45/hr based on experience and skill set

Salary: $30 - $45 per hour
