Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Geospatial Analyst supporting the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA) located in Charlottesville, VA

• Lead GEOINT analyst with expertise in intelligence production of facilities and infrastructure; expertise in facility-centric targeting methodology and tradecraft.
• Superior understanding of GEOINT processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools.
• At least 7 years of demonstrated experience supporting Special Operations/Special Missions, human targeting, special activities, or other relevant non-standard GEOINT support to highly specialized customers.
• Excel at developing GEOINT strategies to support targeting.
• Experience working with unique collection assets and capabilities.

• Minimum 10 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years; 14 years of experience in the specific labor category may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of that time supporting Special Operations/Special Missions, human targeting, special activities, or other relevant non-standard GEOINT support to highly specialized customers.

Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category.

Minimum certification in GEOINT Professional Fundamentals – Level 1 (GPC‑F Level
1).
