• Assist in sales activities to ensure they align with company practices by learning effective time management skills
• Support the General Manager/VP in the development of objectives and strategies for business development (Commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Service)
• Perform market research and assist in identifying market opportunities—potential customers
• Competitors and competitive positioning
• Help prioritize potential customers
• Learn how to prepare and implement business development action plans for targeted customers
• Collaborate with Building Service Sales team to assist with estimate preparation, proposals and presentations
• Assist in developing sales strategies and tactics in collaboration with the sales team
• Apply AI‑powered market research tools to accomplish the above while identifying industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior insights that can shape sales strategies
• Use AI‑driven content and CRM tools to personalize outreach, strengthen customer relationships, and support the sales team in winning new business

• Show enthusiasm and motivation to learn and understand Colonial Webb's Business Development processes and strategies

• Previous experience utilizing AI in a professional or educational setting
