Director Sales Division

This is a full-time on-site role located in and around Charlottesville, VA for a Director of Sales Division. The Director will oversee all sales operations and strategies to drive business growth for multiple properties. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales plans, fostering client relationships, identifying opportunities for business development, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.

Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales data to optimize performance and ensure targets are achieved.

• Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive company growth and revenue.
• Experience in Sales Operations and leveraging analytics to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in Team Management, including coaching and motivating sales teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience in a leadership sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
