Overnight Stocking Supervisor - Full Time

Whole Foods Market is looking for an Overnight Stocking Supervisor to manage and supervise the stock crew during night shifts, ensuring efficient stocking, inventory management, and a welcoming environment for customers and team members.

Base pay range: $15.50/hr - $29.20/hr

• Effectively supervise and delegate tasks to the stock crew.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve team concerns.
• Respond to customer and team member needs.
• Assist in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the scheduled shift.
• Participate in training as delegated, using learning checklists and training materials.
• Maintain a positive work environment that supports high morale.
• Complete inventory management processes, spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Track stocking crew productivity using case count tracker.
• Open and close the department according to procedures.
• Set and achieve the highest standards of retail execution.
• Encourage a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Guide team members to satisfy customer needs and questions promptly.
• Mentor, develop, and counsel team members to sustain a high‑performance team and reduce turnover.
• Provide timely, thorough performance evaluations.
• Consistently communicate and model Whole Foods Market vision and goals.

• 12+ months retail experience.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk 6‑8 hours in an 8‑hour day.
• Fine manipulation: single grasping, pushing and pulling.
• Bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions required.
• Exposure to FDA‑approved cleaning chemicals.
• Exposure to temperatures 90 °F.
• Work in wet and dry conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Use of tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery.
• May require use of ladders.
