The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will be an advisor on their beauty journey, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 or older.
• 1+ year retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Strong communication with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Ability to execute product knowledge training.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow direction and perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and may be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching and reaching, and occasional lifting of moderately heavy items. Working around moving parts, carts, or machines is also part of the role.
