A Freight Flow Associate receives and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers, manages inventory flow, and supports member service. Operations include operating forklifts, completing work assignments, maintaining safety standards, and executing merchandising and inventory duties within the warehouse and club settings.

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, following company standards.
• Receive, organize, and maintain merchandise inventory, ensuring accurate paperwork and logs.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, guiding technology use, and resolving issues.
• Perform safety sweeps, follow hazardous‑material handling procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation, including stocking, rotating, and displaying goods.
• Assist with club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are staged and selected per company policy.
• Track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, manage shrinkage, and use inventory tools effectively.
• Respond to technology needs, identify shrink opportunities, and maintain equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, embrace new technologies, and mentor others.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification and ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
