As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, drive killer sales results, and represent our company values while bringing your REAL self to work every day.

• You have a passion for driving sales:
  As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you're an expert at maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity, building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class, in‑store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• You're a people leader:
  You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, serving as a role‑model leader and holding associates accountable to AEO's service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

  You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring fitting rooms are guest‑ready and meeting AEO brand standards.

  You maintain store safety standards, commit to asset protection, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing.

• You have previous retail management experience leading teams.

• Actual starting pay depends on experience and location.
