Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time DISHWASHER position.

Location:

UVA Darden School of Business - 100 Darden Boulevard, Charlottesville, VA 22903.

Full-time schedule;
Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Occasional nights and weekends. More details upon interview.

Prior dishwashing experience is required.

Fixed Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwashing machine, depending on assigned equipment, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures and maintains sanitation standards.
• Polishes silverware as required and maintains cleanliness of all dish area surfaces.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards; sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces; handles trash removal and waste disposal.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading of supplies and product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
