The successful Customer Service Crew Member can:
- Greet and positively engage guests
- Accept orders and process payments accurately
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and team members
- Work effectively with delivery partners
- Keep the facility clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors
The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member can:
- Answer questions about menu items and promotions
- Prepare ingredients and menu items
- Restock products and workstations
- Use food preparation equipment such as ovens, fryers, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, equipment, dishes, and floors
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old; no previous experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and training materials
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Positive and friendly demeanor to work well with coworkers and guests
