The successful Customer Service Crew Member can:

• Greet and positively engage guests
• Accept orders and process payments accurately
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and team members
• Work effectively with delivery partners
• Keep the facility clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors

The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member can:

• Answer questions about menu items and promotions
• Prepare ingredients and menu items
• Restock products and workstations
• Use food preparation equipment such as ovens, fryers, and grills
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, equipment, dishes, and floors

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old; no previous experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and training materials
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Positive and friendly demeanor to work well with coworkers and guests
