We are looking for a team member to provide the best DQ fan experience. Prior fast food/quick serve restaurant experience is required.

• Execute all soft serve operations, ensuring prepared foods meet restaurant safety and health standards.
• Communicate quickly and politely with coworkers to ensure correct orders are served to customers.
• Prepare food products following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely while following health and safety standards.
• Work as a team member to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and value to each customer.
• Clean work area, organize and stock needed items.
• Stock and execute proper rotation of products.
• Complete assigned prep work and break down and clean the chill area thoroughly every day.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.

• Operate chill area by established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure quick, accurate, and safe food production process.
• Assist in the success of the restaurant by ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all restaurant employees and customers.
• Communicate significant issues with management staff.

• Must be able to move cases of food/paper products and containers of up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.
• Must be able to travel quickly in customer service area.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to read order monitors and recall and communicate products and contents.
• Must practice established food handling procedures and meet local health regulations.

Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $15.00/hr
