Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards is an award-winning winery and event venue in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just ten minutes from Charlottesville. Known for our farm-to-table cuisine and distinctive wines, we host both daily tastings and unforgettable weddings in a beautiful, high-energy setting.

This is more than a dishwashing role — it’s a chance to be part of a supportive, professional kitchen team that plays a key role in both our Tasting Room service and our nationally recognized weddings. You’ll work alongside chefs who are passionate about food, hospitality, and education, while gaining exposure to culinary operations. For the right candidate, this position can be a great entry point into future culinary roles and growth within our team.

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils.
• Keep kitchen spaces organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Assist with general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Support the culinary team by restocking supplies and, when needed, assisting with basic prep.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in line with health standards.

• A dependable team player who enjoys working in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while staying positive.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen.
• Flexibility for daytime shifts in our Tasting Room and weekend shifts for weddings and private events.
