• Provide emergency care and treatment to animals in critical condition
• Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostic tests
• Administer medications, vaccines, and other treatments as needed
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding treatment options
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Manage and oversee the emergency treatment area

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree obtained from an accredited veterinary school
• Proven experience in emergency medicine and surgical interventions within high-pressure scenarios
• Effectively operates in high-acuity environments, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork under stress
• Exhibits excellent communication and collaboration abilities essential for interdisciplinary cooperation
• Committed to providing outstanding and compassionate emergency care to patients and their owners
