Position: Travel CVICU RN job in Charlottesville, VA - Make $2,292 to $2,522/week

Travel CVICU RN – Charlottesville, VA

Salary: $2,292 – $2,522 per week
Assignment length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (4 × 12‑hour, 07:00–19:00)
Start date: 02/02/2026
Charting system: Epic
Licensing: VA License or Compact License (Quick License State available)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive critical‑care nursing services in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, including advanced monitoring, pharmacologic management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in ICU or related critical‑care setting.
  • Interpretation of dysrhythmias.
  • Management of dysrhythmias.
  • Management of patients with multisystem organ(mysqli) dysfunction/failure.
  • Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring.
  • Blood product administration.
  • Starting and maintaining IVs.
  • Central line care and management.
  • PICC line management.
  • Suctioning (ETT, NT).
  • Arterial line management.
  • Interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs).
  • Assist with management of CPAP.
  • Care of ventilated patients.
  • Titrate cardiac drips.
  • Titrate vasoactive drips.
  • High‑flow nasal cannula (HFNC).
  • Infection prevention and isolation precautions/PPE.
  • Ventilator)||(management.
  • Assist with management of BiPAP.
  • Assist with chest tube insertion and removal.
  • Phlebotomy.
  • Surgical wounds with drains/Wound Vac.
  • Certifications:

    ACLS, BLS.
  • Licensure: VA License or Compact License (Quick License State available).
  • Travel روابط required.
  • Previous charge nurse experience – preferred.
