Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Shifts:

10-hour shifts, 4 days/week 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

One weekday off during each week of the weekend rotation

Holidays: 1 holiday per year - Clinic closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day only

Seeking a dedicated and collaborative Registered Nurse to join a high-volume outpatient oncology infusion clinic. This role supports oncology and post‑stem cell transplant patients in a fast‑paced environment with approximately 120 patients per day across 54 infusion chairs. Nurses work in a team‑based “pod” model, sharing responsibility for six chairs with a partner nurse.

• Patient Care:
  Manage three infusion chairs simultaneously within a pod-based model.
• Treatments Administered:
  • Chemotherapy and immunotherapy
  • Post‑stem cell transplant supportive care (fluids, magnesium, blood transfusions)
  • Intravesical chemotherapy via Foley catheter
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner closely with another RN to ensure seamless patient coverage and assist the broader team as needed.
• Onboarding:
  Participate in a structured orientation with clinical preceptors.

• Experience:
  
  Oncology nursing with infusion experience.
• Certification:
  Must obtain Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Card (ONS) prior to starting.
• Active VA RN license.
• BLS (preferred at hire; may be obtained upon hire).
