We’re looking for an Intake Coordinator – an “Infusion Guide” – who is passionate about raising the bar in infusion therapy care. The Infusion Guide will contribute to the company’s growth through detailed referral and intake coordination along with excellent customer and physician service.

• Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process, including obtaining authorizations, financial counseling, and benefit investigation.
• Liaise with referring providers to obtain necessary documentation and communicate patient status.
• Communicate the referral process and status to patients in a customer‑centric way.
• Maintain medical inventory and office supplies.
• Complete a dedicated six‑week training plan to help succeed in the role.

• Passion for patient care and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• Health care experience required; prior experience in infusion is preferred.
• Insurance prior authorization experience.
• Experience with medical terminology and overall medical insurance.
• Ability to quickly grasp new applications.
• Strong familiarity utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Location:

Charlottesville, VA. Full‑time, onsite whenever patients are scheduled.
