. We are seeking a licensed NP, PA, or MD with a passion for wound care to join a mobile care team in Charlottesville, Alexandria, or Virginia Beach.

The role involves providing advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up at patients’ homes and care facilities, including procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.

• Perform bedside procedures and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and educate patients/caregivers on wound management.
• Contribute to care planning to reduce rehospitalizations and complications.

• Licensure as an NP or PA in Virginia.
• Wound care or home health experience preferred; training provided.
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and reliable transportation.
