Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for Cornell 3- our Med Surg Unit! This is a full-time day shift position (12 hour) in Charlottesville, VA. One of the best staffed Medical/Surgical units in the state!

Cornell 3 is a 24-bed medical-surgical unit focused on gastrointestinal care, addressing conditions like gallbladder diseases, appendicitis, bowel obstructions, and procedures such as colon resections and ostomy creation. The unit also cares for patients with sepsis, respiratory issues, and diabetes complications, maintaining a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 for personalized care. It is an ideal environment for both experienced nurses and new graduates seeking skill development.
