Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Event Helper to assist with the execution of events at our venue. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
- Provide support during events, including greeting guests, managing registration, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery and setup of event supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the event space.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
