Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Overview
Performs trade specific repair and maintenance operations within the specific area of expertise. General maintenance of buildings and aquatic/ fitness areas, completion of maintenance requests. Engineering is expected to respond to all maintenance requests with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition. Preventive maintenance tasks will be assigned daily. Support the Emergency Response Team to handle emergencies around the resort.
Work EnvironmentGuest rooms, (occupied and unoccupied) meeting rooms, The Sports Club, Birdwood Golf Course, dining rooms, kitchens, bakery, Spa and all back-of house areas. Engineers should not enter dining rooms or meeting rooms during times of occupancy unless unavoidable. Work in occupied guest rooms will be at the guest request, only.
