Job Description

I don’t need someone with a ton of “Technical experience” but someone who is proficient using inter office communication applications like Teams/Outlook is important. The candidate should have a good amount of experience with working with computers/technology, but it doesn’t need to be high level technical.

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented individual to join our team in a part‑time capacity. This role combines basic shipping and receiving duties with light technical tasks and internal communication. It’s a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, tech‑enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle shipping and receiving of hardware devices, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
  • Assist in programming Digi boxes, which enable device communication with our software platform (training provided).
  • Use Salesforce to track tasks and update records related to device setup and logistics.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Follow established procedures for device configuration and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Comfortable using basic computer applications (e.g., email, web‑based tools).
  • Willingness to learn simple technical tasks with provided training.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Experience

Prior experience in shipping/receiving, customer service, or administrative support is helpful but not required.
