Aquatics Service Agent

JOB OVERVIEW

The Aquatic Service Agent is responsible for contributing to the overall guest experience, providing exceptional hospitality to members and guests through check‑in process, maintaining pool deck cleanliness and guest engagement.

Outdoors at the Boar's Head Sports Club.

• Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work additional hours during special events, weekends and holidays.
• Computer knowledge and experience.
• Proven ability to:
• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Prioritize and organize.
• Resolve problems calmly, using good judgment.
• Work independently.
• Understand customer service needs and solve them proactively.
• Work effectively with managers and co‑workers.
• Work under stress in a fast‑paced environment.

• CPR/First‑Aid training.
• Hotel/Resort customer service background.
• Experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a pool environment.

All employees must learn and comply with all Resort safety rules; must use appropriate safety equipment at all times; must immediately report all unsafe conditions to supervisors; must be familiar with all safety features or equipment, machinery or materials encompassed by job duties; and must check with supervisor if there is a question as to the safe procedure to be used for any job function.
