Overview
Practice Physical Therapy in a Community You’ll Love. Located in the heart of Charlottesville, VA, this onsite role allows you to serve a dedicated patient population while working alongside a collaborative, supportive care team. As a Physical Therapist at CareATC, you’ll partner closely with primary care providers and an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions, support chronic disease management, and empower patients through movement and education.

- Annual Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 ( Based on a 40-hour work week. Compensation is determined by experience and licensure.)
- Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active through high-quality onsite physical therapy
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and design personalized plans of care tailored to each patient’s functional goals, work demands, and lifestyle
- Deliver evidence-based treatment and practical education that patients can apply beyond the clinic to support long-term success
- Measure progress, reassess outcomes, and refine treatment plans to ensure continuous improvement and meaningful results
- Partner closely with primary care providers and the interdisciplinary team to maintain coordinated, seamless care
- Practice physical therapy in a collaborative, team-based care setting that prioritizes quality over volume
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with clinical quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license (compact preferred)
- Outpatient experience or entry through CareATC’s mentor program
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
