Conflict of Interest Analyst
The Conflict of Interest Analyst for UVA Health will assist with continued development of UVA Health’s conflict of interest program and will:
Experience with conflict of interest programs at hospitals or universities is a plus, but not required. The candidate will need to become familiar with Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, UVA Health COI policies, and Virginia laws governing state employees. The candidate will need to be able to navigate multiple disclosure systems. Organizational and critical thinking skills are essential.
Individual contributors with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Spends majority of time leading the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University).
Experienced individual contributor that has extensive area or subject matter expertise. Limited oversight from manager. Manages projects or processes. Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex. Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Education:
Bachelor's degree. 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. - Experience:
Four years of relevant experience. - Licensure:
Subject matter licensure may be required.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
The starting base rate for this role is $90,000.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
