Join Divergent Path Wellness, a neurodivergent- and LGBTQIA+-affirming group practice in Charlottesville, VA. We’re hiring an LCSW for a W2 role with 60% commission per session, flexible scheduling, and hybrid/in-person options. We specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent folks, and those navigating religious trauma or identity-related stress. We are a small, close-knit team passionate about doing meaningful work—while prioritizing authenticity and sustainability.
DescriptionWhat We're Looking For:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team of intentionally inclusive psychotherapists. If you believe therapy should support people in becoming more fully themselves—not just "fix" what's hard—you might be a great fit.

Qualifications:
- Active license for independent practice - LCSW - in Virginia (required)
- Commitment to affirming care for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients(required)
- Interest in evidence-based therapy modalities including ACT, IFS, or somatic modalities (training provided for right-fit candidates)
- Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients/week after ramp-up
- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Aligned with a depth-oriented, non-pathologizing clinical lens
- A collaborative clinician interested inco-creating an inclusive group practice with intentional, passionate colleagues
