We strive for transparency in our mission and are committed to professional development and growth of our staff at all levels.
Position OverviewRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior programming for individuals with special needs and behavior concerns. They will work 1:1 with clients in the home and clinic settings as deemed appropriate by caregivers and the assigned lead behavior analyst (BCBA).
