Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee hospital‑wide quality, risk management, and patient safety programs.
  • Lead preparation for and response to The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation processes.
  • Analyze patient satisfaction surveys/experience data, identify trends, and develop/present action plans for improvement.
  • Manage risk identification/mitigation, performance improvement initiatives, and compliance.
  • Supervise the Patient Assessment Standards Coordinator (PASC) and HIMS Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with CEO, regional leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality care.
Requirements
  • Proven hands‑on leadership experience in quality, risk management, and patient safety at the hospital/facility level (recent/current onsite role required; no high‑level corporate/program development only).
  • Direct experience leading/preparing for The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation in a hospital setting.
  • Background in analyzing patient satisfaction data, trends, feedback, and creating/executing improvement plans.
  • Minimum 2+ years tenure in recent roles (no short tenures
