Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

• Lead and maintain a hospital‑wide quality management program focused on improving patient care
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards
• Oversee risk‑management processes including incident reviews, corrective action planning, and reporting
• Update, coordinate, and implement hospital policies and organizational plans related to care, safety, leadership, and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field preferred
• Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management
• Proven ability to lead performance‑improvement initiatives and manage regulatory compliance
