Sign-On Bonus Eligibility for Qualified CandidatesJoin a dynamic, patient-focused imaging team at UVA Imaging! We are currently seeking an experienced MRI Technologist Team Lead to support our high-volume outpatient imaging centers in Charlottesville, VA
. This role is ideal for a motivated MRI Technologist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting patient flow, and helping lead daily operations while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This role provides an opportunity to grow leadership skills while supporting a large, collaborative MRI team. Responsibilities include assisting MRI technologists during exams, serving as a patient liaison, and supporting departmental workflow, service recovery, and effective staff communication to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements Education- Must have a minimum associate’s degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography, or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT) and maintain current valid registration from ARRT or ARMIT. MR advanced registration through ARRT or ARMIT is required upon hire for IDTF centers. Non-IDTF centers require MR advanced registry within the first 12 months of employment. Additionally, must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
