X-Ray Technician

2 - 10 Years of Experience Job Overview  PSG is seeking a skilled and reliable X-ray Technician (2+ years of experience) to join its clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient evaluation and treatment. This position requires strong technical knowledge of imaging equipment, anatomy, and patient care, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and professionalism.

Duties Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations while ensuring high-quality imaging results.

Work collaboratively with medical providers and clinical staff to support patient diagnosis and care plans.

Maintain strict aseptic technique and follow all infection-control standards.

Review and document patient information and clearly explain procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.

Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, performing routine checks and troubleshooting when necessary.

Follow all radiation safety protocols and regulatory requirements for patient and staff protection.

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with imaging best practices and technological developments.

Requirements Certification as an X-ray Technician or Radiologic Technologist from an accredited program.

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and radiologic principles.

Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, nuclear medicine, sonography, or similar clinical environments is preferred.

Familiarity with advanced modalities such as mammography is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Schedule will be Monday - Wednesday and Thursday - Saturday. 11am - 5pm or 6pm...Expecting 20 hours per week for part-time OR 40 hours per week for full-time.
