Lohr & Company is a family-owned financial planning boutique based in Central Virginia, dedicated to helping families steward their resources wisely and live with greater impact and purpose.

While money is the starting point of our conversations, our true focus is on the people whose wealth we’re discussing. We believe every person is made in God’s image, and we strive to care for clients in a way that reflects that belief. Our role as advisors is to bring clarity to complex decisions—helping clients understand their options, align their resources with their values, and move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

While our clients span many stages of life, our focus is on those in or nearing retirement, guiding them through the transition from accumulation to confident income and lasting legacy.

Are you eager to launch a career in financial planning and investment management? Looking for a firm that could be a long-term fit, allowing you to grow and develop in this career? This role is intended to give you the tools you need to go from assisting our financial advisors to one day doing it yourself. From hands‑on experience, advisor‑led training and a track toward CFP certification, this could be the next place you call home.
