Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks at our events. The ideal candidate will have skills in event setup and teardown, guest assistance, and general event support.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.

- Providing support during events, including directing guests, managing registration, and addressing any immediate needs.

- Ensuring the event area is clean and organized throughout the event.

- Coordinating with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Handling any other tasks as assigned to ensure a successful event.

Skills Required:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to handle event setup and breakdown.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
